Enquire about the status of your refund:
Refunds from the ATO take on average 14 days to be processed, please allow at leat this time period to pass prior to making an enquiry.

We will do our best to match your preferred date(s) and time(s) but if our consultants have prior appointments we will then contact you to arrange an alternate date or time.
When coming to see us to prepare an Individual return please remember the following:
Income Items:
- Details of Gross salary, wages, allowances, benefits, earnings, tips and director's fees.
- Details of Income from business activities.
- Your PAYG payment summaries.
- Details of any non-cash benefits received.
- Details of Lump sum and termination payments, including an ETP payment summary from the employer or fund.
- Details of Government social security payments (pensions, unemployment and sickness benefits).
- Details of capital gains (shares, real estate and collectables)
- Detils of any Annuities or allocated pensions.
- Details of Income from trusts and partnerships.
- Details of Rental income, you own records or the summary from your estate agent.
- Details of Interest and dividends including any tax deducted.
- Details of buy backs of public shares.
- Details of Foreign source (employment or pension) income.
- Details of Personal services income. (Typically contract workers and self employed professionals).
Deductions:
- Details of investment and property expenses.
- Details of professional subscriptions.
- Details of expenses related to your employment (work-related motor vehicles, self-education, protective clothing, uniform expenses and home office expenses).
- Details of donations of $2 to registered charities.
- Details of superannuation contributions made by self-employed persons and those without employer superannuation support.
- Details of fees and other accounting and tax audit fees associated with managing tax affairs.
- Details of special deductions (e.g. Australian films, investment shelters and forestry-type schemes).
- Details of bank fees (where the credit or deposit represents assessable income).

Rebates:
- Details of private health insurance.
