Details of Gross salary, wages, allowances, benefits, earnings, tips and director's fees.
Details of Income from business activities.
Your PAYG payment summaries.
Details of any non-cash benefits received.
Details of Lump sum and termination payments, including an ETP payment summary from the employer or fund.
Details of Government social security payments (pensions, unemployment and sickness benefits).
Details of capital gains (shares, real estate and collectables)
Detils of any Annuities or allocated pensions.
Details of Income from trusts and partnerships.
Details of Rental income, you own records or the summary from your estate agent.
